These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website global.heydayclinic.com (the "Website") and the online reservation service provided by Heyday Clinic Gangnam (the "Clinic", "we", "us"). By using the Website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Service
The Website provides information about the Clinic and its treatments and allows you to request, check, change, and cancel reservations online.
2. Online Reservations
- You must provide accurate information, including your name as shown on your passport and a valid mobile phone number or e-mail address. Reservations made with false or another person's information may be cancelled.
- Your reservation is confirmed when the reservation process is completed. A confirmation is sent by text message (SMS) or e-mail.
- Only one reservation per person can be made for the same day.
- You can check, change, or cancel your reservation through the reservation check menu on the Website, or by contacting the Clinic.
- Reservation times may be adjusted depending on the Clinic's circumstances. In that case, we will contact you in advance where possible.
3. Prices and Treatments
- Prices shown on the Website exclude VAT (10%) unless stated otherwise.
- Events and promotions may change or end without prior notice.
- Treatments selected online are your preferences. The final treatment plan and price are decided after a consultation with a doctor at the Clinic, and a treatment may not be performed if it is not medically appropriate.
- No payment is made on the Website. Payment is made at the Clinic.
4. Medical Information Disclaimer
Information on the Website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Results of treatments differ from person to person. Please consult a doctor at the Clinic before any treatment.
5. Text Messages (SMS) and E-mail
By entering your mobile phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive text messages from Heyday Clinic Gangnam related to your reservation, such as verification codes, booking confirmations, and changes or cancellations.
- Message frequency varies depending on your reservation activity.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
- To stop receiving messages, contact us at heyday@heydayclinic.com or +82-2-2135-6996. Where supported, you may also reply STOP.
- Marketing messages are sent only if you give separate, optional consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Do not make false or duplicate reservations or interfere with the operation of the Website.
- Do not use another person's personal information.
- Do not copy or distribute the Website's content for commercial purposes without our permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to the Clinic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
